The printer sensor recognizes that you used up all the paper available in the Paper Cartridge through the hole (or black line) on the last sticky note, so it's totally normal.
In each Paper Cartridge, we are providing extra paper length to make up for the paper that is discarded when you use up all the Cartridge, and it is not included in the total Paper Cartridge length (16m) indicated.
